Marine Sales Coordinator - Req. # M-2502

Position Summary: Responsible for the coordination of inventory, sales, and shipments of outboard motors to Marine Dealers. Responsible to coordinate orders and shipments between home office and the District Sales Managers. Coordinates direct payments as well as assists in obtaining credit approval leading to successful shipment of the dealer’s orders. Maintain accurate records on back orders, orders and shipments as well as dealer’s order activity. Assist DSMs as well as dealers to successfully sales register all retail sold motors. Explain retail and wholesale programs to help increase sales through consistent communication with dealer network. Assist all Marketing department managers to create needed data reports for management decisions. Assist in the creation of systems to communicate back orders, inventory and shipments to management. Minimum Qualifications: Must have good interpersonal selling skills. A working knowledge of Boat Building business or inside/outside sales experience is desirable. The ability to understand retail business is a plus. Must have a strong background and knowledge of computer programs. Must be willing to travel away from home from time to time and have a valid driver license. Must be willing to accept possible future relocation. Position Summary: Supervise all aspects of Suzuki on-road support programs, including Suzuki Sports road race support teams, drag race teams. Position Summary: To provide Suzuki supported road race, drag race, and dirt track teams with prompt and accurate parts ordering as well as distributing appropriate literature for their race bikes. Minimum Qualifications: 3-5 years in tax and accounting experience, including analyses and reconciliation of general ledger accounts, preparation of journal entries, preparation of financial statements, and general knowledge of federal and state corporate income taxes and state sales/use taxes. Both private and public experience a plus. Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university with emphasis in accounting required. CPA not required, but must have passed exam or working toward achieving CPA status. PC skills required (Excel, word processing, Access), competency with JDE software (Oracle E1) a plus, 10 key by touch. Position Summary: The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for implementing an Internal Audit Department and overseeing J-SOX (securities regulations equivalent to Sarbanes-Oxley for Japanese publicly traded companies) compliance for the organization. This includes the planning, preparation, testing, review and evaluation of company-wide J-SOX internal controls processes and documentation. The manager will provide management with a review of accounting, financial, information systems and other operations by measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of accounting and management controls. Responsibilities also include planning, directing and completing internal audits, business process control reviews, activities related to J-SOX internal control projects, and external audit support. Position will report to President -Operations with regular interaction with the management team, the Chairman, external auditors and Internal Audit Department, SMC, Japan.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance, MBA is preferred. CPA and/or CIA is significant plus. 7-10 years of progressively more responsible accounting and auditing positions. Extensive experience is all three of these areas: public accounting (Big 4), corporate accounting and corporate internal auditing, is highly desirable. Experience in a $500+M multinational desirable.
